During late 2021, Hastings Demolition completed the demolition of the Ex. Countdown Supermarket in the heart of Hastings. The over 4,000 square meter building was to make way for carparking for the newly built Countdown on the same site. This project was completed in around 6 weeks. A huge achievement for the team who were bound by a hugely restrictive schedule leading into the Christmas break. Our team made light work of the massive structure all while maintaining an environmentally conscious focus. The clients were exceptionally pleased with how things came together.
